Founded in Princeton, NJ, PFEG was born out of frustration. After years in institutional finance, our founder recognized that the tools, deal flow, and analytical frameworks available to large funds simply didn't exist for individual accredited investors. So we built them. Today, we manage over $200M in multifamily assets across 18+ markets, with 2,400+ units under operation.
