Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on princetonfinancial.com or any related Princeton Financial platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any license agreement included with your product.
1. Digital Products
Most of what we sell is digital: ebooks and guides, Excel deal analyzers and financial models, document templates (such as Letter of Intent packs), investor pitch deck suites, investor relations document packs, and other downloadable files ("Digital Products").
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit after a Digital Product has been downloaded, opened, emailed to you, or otherwise accessed, except as described in Section 2 or where required by applicable law.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to:
Read the full product description, including what is included, the number of files or pages, and any listed screenshots or previews;
Confirm the file format and software requirements (for example, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace compatibility, and whether a file uses macros);
Make sure the product fits your experience level and goals; and
Contact us at info @ princetonfinancial.com with any questions before you buy. We're happy to help you decide whether a product is right for you.
2. Defective, Corrupted, or Missing Files
If a file you purchased is corrupted, will not open, is missing, or is materially different from its description on our website, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to fix the problem, which may include:
Re-sending or resetting your download link;
Providing a replacement or corrected file; or
Troubleshooting help with opening or using the file.
If we confirm the defect and are unable to provide you with a working file, we will issue a full refund for that product.
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund: changing your mind; purchasing the wrong product; not having the required software; a product not meeting expectations that were not stated in its description; difficulty learning how to use a tool; or results of your own edits to a file.
3. Software Subscriptions (Alpha Deal Analyzer)
Subscriptions to our software, including the Alpha Deal Analyzer at ada.princetonfinancial.com, are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) until cancelled.
Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
No partial refunds. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused time, or unused features.
Renewals. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged, cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 7 days of that charge without having used the service since the renewal, we will review your request in good faith.
Free trials. If your plan begins with a free trial, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Price changes. We will notify you in advance of any price change to your subscription. The new price applies to your next billing period after notice.
4. Coaching and Consulting Services
If you purchase one-on-one coaching, mentoring, or consulting, the terms of your signed coaching agreement (if any) control. If there is no separate agreement, the following applies:
Before your first session: You may cancel for a full refund, less any third-party payment processing fees, up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session.
After coaching begins: Coaching fees are non-refundable once your first session has taken place, including fees for prepaid session packages or programs.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited.
Expiration: Prepaid sessions must be used within the time period stated at purchase and expire after that period without refund.
If we must cancel a session and cannot reschedule it within a reasonable time, we will refund the fee for that session.
5. No Guarantee of Investment Results
All of our products and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and they are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
Real estate investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. We do not guarantee any deal outcome, return, financing approval, or financial result. Dissatisfaction with investment results, the outcome of any transaction, market performance, or profitability is not grounds for a refund. Always consult your own attorney, CPA, and other qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
6. Duplicate Purchases and Billing Errors
If you were charged twice for the same product, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will refund duplicate charges for the same Digital Product (provided the duplicate order has not been used for an additional license or user) and correct any billing error we made.
7. Order Cancellations
Digital Products are delivered immediately after payment and cannot be cancelled once they have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed. If you placed an order by mistake, contact us right away. If the files have not yet been accessed, we will review your request. Subscription and coaching cancellations are handled as described in Sections 3 and 4.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any problem with an order, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account, revocation of the licenses to any products associated with the disputed payment, and loss of access to purchased products and subscriptions. We reserve the right to provide our payment processor with order records, download logs, and correspondence to contest disputes that we believe are not valid.
9. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins. After you give this consent and delivery begins, Digital Products are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 2 or as required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived.
10. How to Request a Refund or Report a Problem
Email info @ princetonfinancial.com with:
Your full name and the email address used for the purchase;
Your order number and the date of purchase;
The product or service name; and
A description of the issue, with screenshots of any error messages if applicable.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued for a Digital Product, your license to that product ends and you must delete all copies of it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
